Kathy Kartchner, co-owner of Blue Mussel Aesthetics, graduated from the University of Arizona in 1998 as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Nursing. In 2001, she relocated to Juneau Alaska to work as a flight nurse. After 30 years of healthcare experience, Kathy combined her medical expertise with her passion for creativity and opened the doors of Blue Mussel Aesthetics.

Blue Mussel Aesthetics is located in the Gold Creek Professional Building, 800 Glacier Ave. Suite 103, Juneau AK. Our spa is near the downton fire station, next to Capitol Service Gas Station. Alaska Vision is above us in the same building. We have our own entrance on the east side, our name is on the door.
