My tattoo artist, Heather, was over an hour late the first visit. Then she rescheduled my 4 hour finishing work on me three times. No apologies. Contacted the manager at Monolith who made excuses and lied about contacting the owner. They charge $50 if a customer cancel but apparently dont care if they do it to you. Horrible service.
