Research shows that Multi-sensory Structured Language Instruction (Orton-Gillingham) is the most effective way to improve reading and spelling, and that starting as early as possible is critical. Barton Reading and Spelling as primary curriculum, or use of tailored Orton-GIllingham, and reference to intervention at school with use of Phonics First or Spire.
Continuous sessions all year, including summers, with opportunities for extra sessions offered. Remote tutoring via computer if distance, safety, or schedule preclude in-person sessions.

Cora Connelly started her career with a Masters in Special Education, focused in autism, followed up by many years homeschooling and teaching large group classes to homeschoolers in Art, Science and Writing.
