My brothers and sister recently sold our mom and dad's condo which they deeded to us at their passing. This meant we needed to get five sets of signatures on all documents and pay off a home equity credit line account. Chrissy and Mary worked with us and explained every step. Our realtor Brad Shearer also assisted. They made the entire process painless and we even were able to move up our closing date so the buyer could get into her new place for Christmas!
