We are a family wellness practice. What exactly does that mean? It means we're different than other offices. While we want you to get pain relief as fast as possible, our goal is to correct the underlying cause of your problem and to shift the way you think about health. For example, most people think covering up symptoms solves the problem because they no longer feel the pain (like taking something for a headache).

I grew up in Pengilly, MN, on the Iron Range. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic. I also have a post graduate certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. Dr. Sandy and I met in chiropractic school and have been living and practicing in Elk River for 20 years.

I grew up in Massachusetts and received my Bachelor Degree in Biology and Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. I moved to Minnesota in 1997 and attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic where I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic and met my husband, Dr. Jeremy. He convinced me that Elk River was half way between the east coast and the Iron Range so this is where we landed.

Hi! My name is Laura Mullennex and I am the new doctor here at Ideal Health! I grew up in Faribault, MN and received my bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. I currently reside in Howard Lake, MN. I always knew I wanted to serve others in a health care setting.
