Exceptional service was provided by Jake and the helpful ladies at Penwell Funeral Home. Not only did they deliver great service, but they went out of their way making two extra trips to a widower's home to ensure he had all his belongings. Highly recommend!

By far the most accommodating and caring funeral parlor in all of Ohio. Mr. Penwell and his assistants made our friend's beautiful grandmother's tribute so meaningful and personalized. Very impressed; we would give this place 10 stars if we could!
