Dave is awesome!! Highly recommend him. I am a carpenter by trade and was a kind of worried about having an inspector do an inspection on a home we are buying because I have herd stories about how they overlook stuff in plain site. But man Dave was great did a walk through with me after his inspection and explained different things very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Dave is also one of the nicest people I have meet. I will definitely be giving his number out to everyone I know who is looking for a home inspector!! Good work Dave!! You rock!!

Dave was so fun to work with! He even thought to bring little snacks for our daughter while he walked us through our home inspection. He was very thorough and answer our many questions (first time home owners). He's even reached out afterwards to see if we had any questions. We would definitely work with him again.

Went above our expectations for a home inspection, very thorough and professional. Took the time to walk through the home with us, showed many pictures he took during the inspection so we could see what/where he was referring as well as physically showing us. Explained how different features of the home work. Very patient with our questions (and our 4.5 year old!) And made sure to explain everything about the home in a way that we could understand. Outstanding service!
