Services
Mold remediation
Report
Mold is a microscopic organism (fungi) that spreads through rapidly producing spores. Mold is most commonly found in damp places such as a crawlspace or somewhere that a leak or water damage has occurred, but it can also present itself in less likely places like an attic. When mold is present in large numbers, health consequences can occur.
Meth decontamination
Report
Meth testing is performed to determine if someone has used, smoked or manufactured methamphetamine in your home. Smoking meth in the home just once, even if it was decades ago, leaves a residue. We highly recommend testing as part of the pre-sale home inspection process during a real estate transaction.
Sealed vapor barriers
Report
We recommend that everyone have a vapor barrier installed in their crawlspace. The primary reason being that vapor barriers the most effective measure that can be taken to prevent moisture and mold growth in your home. Not only that, but they also create a much more sanitary environment in your crawlspace making it the perfect place for storage.
Radon
Report
It comes from the natural decay of uranium and thorium, which are found in nearly all soils. It typically moves up through the ground and into the home through exposed soil or cracks in the floors, walls, and foundation. It can also be released from building materials and well water. Radon breaks down quickly, expelling radioactive particles into the air.
