I remember being introduced to roofing through a friend in high school. I would help him on the weekends and I worked very hard for my four bucks an hour.
It was hard work, but for some crazy reason, I continued roofing throughout high school and college. Shortly thereafter, I was offered a position with RSI Roofing as a Project Manager. Excited to finally learn the sales and estimating side of the business, I gained invaluable experience learning the day to day operations of running a business, marketing and the importance of the customer.
