Montgomery Gymnastics Academy provides trained gymnastics instruction for ages 18 months to 18 years. We opened our doors in the Montgomery area to provide a quality athletic experience to our members with an emphasis on fun, fitness and positive reinforcement. We specialize in school age gymnastics, tumbling and preschool gymnastics.
Through gymnastics our members will improve their strength, flexibility, agility, social skills, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination and much more. Gymnastics is the best foundation to excel in any sport and in life.

Preschool
Report
Escort your child through a wide variety of movements and fun. The 45 minute class begins with a fun filled warm up to get those bodies ready to play. Children will learn the fundamentals of movement and some early basic gymnastics skills through our modified gymnastics stations and circuits. The preschool 3-4 year classes are transitional classes between parent participation and parent observation.
