Services
Attic Insulation
Our attic insulation services reduce energy loss by sealing air leaks and installing high-performance materials like blown-in fiberglass or spray foam. Proper attic insulation prevents heat transfer, lowers HVAC strain, and cuts energy bills by up to 20%. We ensure even coverage and compliance with R-value standards for optimal thermal efficiency.
Air Sealing
Air sealing eliminates gaps in your homes envelope, stopping conditioned air from escaping through windows, light boxes, and soffit drops. Our technicians use caulk and foam to create airtight barriers, improving energy efficiency and indoor air quality while reducing utility costs by up to 30%.
Crawl Space Insulation
Crawl space insulation prevents moisture buildup, mold growth, and odor infiltration. We encapsulate and insulate crawl spaces with vapor barriers and closed-cell foam, enhancing structural integrity and reducing energy loss by up to 15% while protecting against pest infestations.
Energy Audits
Our energy audits use thermal imaging and blower door tests to identify air leaks and insulation gaps. A comprehensive report outlines actionable upgrades, such as sealing ductwork or adding attic insulation, to improve comfort, lower bills, and qualify for tax credits up to $1,200.
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation provides superior air sealing and R-value per inch compared to traditional materials. We apply open-cell and closed-cell foam to attics, walls, and crawl spaces, creating a durable thermal barrier that resists moisture and reduces energy consumption by up to 40%.

Highly recommend DeVere for any insulation work. We used DeVere to insulate our attic and kneewalls with loose fill insulation. They were professional, showed up on time and completed the job in the same day. They did a great job laying down plastic covering on the floor and cleaning up after themselves - could not even tell they were there afterwards. During this winter, we have noticed dramatically better heat retention in our house - our house feels warmer / less drafty and our natural gas bill is ~30 - 40% lower than same time last year (and we set the temperature the same).

DeVere provided attic insulation for two houses. They were able to provide different options to fit the budget. They were knowledgeable, effective, and reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again for another project.

Incredibly satisfied with the re-insulation job DeVere did on my attic earlier this week. After getting an estimate from salesman William Schumacher last week, I was able to get scheduled less than a week out. I feel like the price for my job was fair, especially after seeing what the team was able to do in my attic. What's best is that I can feel the difference in my home already. My heat pump is running less even with the cold snap we just had. I will definitely be calling DeVere when I need this done again!

I have not got the services provided yet, that will be in 2 weeks but I must say after I contacted DeVERE. The appointment was scheduled seamlessly without any issues. William Schumacher was really respectful, helpful, didn't pressure me to buy. He did a great job. Probably will have a updated review once the job is completed!.
Updated review 12/19/20 Cecilio and his crew arrived on time (early), they put down a runner, wore shoe covers, were very respectful of my home! They were very professional, I can't say enough about the crew who came to my home on the behalf of DeVere!
