Dr. Michael Wangia is a board-certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist. He specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery for treatment of high-risk skin cancers. He is the founder and medical director of Florida Institute of Dermatology, which is located in Winter Garden, Florida.

Born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Dr. Wangia, moved to the U.S. to complete his undergraduate studies at Utah Valley University, where he was a Presidential Scholar and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry.Dr Wangia earned his Medical Degree from Howard University where he graduated with honors and was inducted in the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Medical Society.

Dr. Puja Kathrotiya is a board-certified dermatologist, and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Kathrotiya is originally from the Midwest where she attended Indiana University for her undergraduate training and medical training. Thereafter, she completed her dermatology residency at University of Florida in Gainesville, where she served as a chief resident during the last year of her training.

Joanna Hoffman is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is fellowship-trained in general medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Florida and completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida.

Lucy Baez is a licensed esthetician and laser technician with over 23 years of experience in the esthetics field. Lucy received her esthetic license from Florida College of Natural Health and her laser technician certification from the Orlando Institute. Lucy is very passionate about skincare with an emphasis on providing the patient with optimum skin health for both cosmetic and medical skin services.
