Fast forward to the present and I have now opened my own corporate catering and barbeque catering business called Quality Plus Caterers. I've been in business for seven years now proudly serving the Allentown New Jersey area. I have two children who I hope will love this business as much as I do when they take it over one day.
My loving husband also helps me in the business and is very supportive. Services
I come from a line of New Jersey caterers and have been in the catering business most of my life. My father started the family catering business over 30 years ago where I would work with him in the kitchen and the office after school and on weekends. I watched him and learned the tricks of the trade.
