Garage Floor Coatings
Our hybrid polyurea-polyaspartic garage coatings provide unmatched durability against vehicles, chemicals, and Michigan's extreme weather. The two-layer system resists cracking, yellowing, and stains while offering customizable traction levels. Professional installation ensures lifetime performance with one-day turnaround.
Basement Floor Solutions
Moisture-resistant basement coatings transform damp, damaged floors into durable, easy-clean surfaces. Our one-day installation includes crack repair and lifetime warranty protection against peeling or discoloration from humidity and temperature changes in Michigan climates.
Commercial Flooring
Heavy-duty commercial flooring solutions withstand factories, warehouses, and retail spaces. Options include chemical-resistant polyurea systems, polished concrete with OSHA-compliant slip resistance, and urethane cement for food processing facilities meeting USDA standards.
Outdoor Coatings
UV-stable outdoor coatings resist fading, cracking, and slip hazards from weather exposure. Antimicrobial additives prevent mold growth while flexible formulations handle temperature swings from -40F to 105F across Michigan and Florida installations.
Color Options
Over 20 premium color choices including Autumn Brown, Mediterranean Blue, and Stone Silver allow personalized design. On-site color samples help select perfect hues for residential garages or branded commercial spaces with color-matching capabilities.

My new basement floor is the best. They were on time, professional, nice and clean. The process is quite odorous so don't schedule it indoors unless it's warm enough to leave all your windows open.

I had my garage and pole barn covered by Motor City, their salesman Ryan was very professional and respectful. Their workers were very respectful and professional, they worked from the time they got to my house, until they were finished, just took an hour for lunch. The foremans name is Dallas, and couldnt ask for a more respectful person, answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and took his time and did a very professional job. I would certainly recommend Motor City to anyone. Don Stanfill

Amazing product! Amazing job!!
MotorCity Floors and Coatings applied the newest polymer coating to our patios. Gorgeous! They look like terrazzo and will look this way for the life of the guarantee! Strong, impenetrable, and NO maintenance (except for general cleaning) for 15 years!! Our experience was great right from the get-go! Joe and his crew were so hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and left us with 2 gorgeous patios!! Remember the hottest most humid day in August? Well, thats the day the guys came to remove 600 sqft of porcelain tile from our concrete patio and prepare it

I would like to recognize Dallas for his outstanding work ethic and positive attitude. Our turnout gear washroom and utility trailer floors at the Graafschap Fire Department were scheduled to be coated on 10/5/2021, when the crews arrived at 8:00am it was Dallas by himself. His co-workers called in sick that day but Dallas showed up anyway. He could have made excuses and re-scheduled but he completed the entire job by himself. Whenever I have seen him he always has an amazing attitude and does whatever it takes to ensure the job is completed to the highest standards. I believe he was on site the

If your looking for a truly great looking floor, this the company you want to use. I'm pretty particular and these guys did a great job from start to finish in one day. Ask for Dallas, this guy is one of the best. His crew see's that everything is done right and the garage was spotless when they were done. Ryan matched the color I was looking for spot on. It looks fantastic. Quality work all the way around.
