Purchased a self tanner here, recommended by the most helpful employee to n a Tuesday. It is amazing!!! Definitely very good customer service and friendly and informative!

La tans should be shut down for good at the Valparaiso area they don't communicate with there customers about anything, the place is dirty not clean will never go there again!!!! Stay away from there!!!

So disappointed in LA Tan, use to go for a lot time. We move a lot - we are a military family - the Lisle, IL location keeps charging my CC after I canceled it at the end of April. I spoke to 2 different people at the corporate office, Jeanette, and another lady saying Jeanette would contact me, well no one did. So disappointed that this is what one person has to do to get someone to call them back! I've been calling since June 10th! Left messages with multiple people. Nothing - do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
