Community Property Management is a long-term rental management company that specializes in residential and commercial properties. We are located at the mouth of the Columbia River in beautiful, historic Astoria Oregon. Our rental properties, which include studio and full sized apartments, duplexes, homes and waterfront commercial space, are located all along the north Oregon coast.

Our application fee is $50, and must be paid in cash, cashier's check or money order at the time the application is accepted. Depending upon the number of applicants - the application fee can be higher - see item #2. The application is $50 for the first person (and/or couple (married, companion, partner, civil union, etc.)) whose rental history for the past 3 years was the same; and $25 per person for each additional application.
