This is the best pharmacy in the Detroit Metro area for a number of reasons. They always have my prescriptions in stock. I feel my information is safe, secure and confidential. The pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable; yet personable. The store is conveniently located, ample parking, safe, clean and hours of operation with customers in mind. I pray that this wonderful pharmacy will continue to provide such great service and not be forced out of business by the big, greedy, government type institutions like CVS. This pharmacy has the absolute best customer service! The entire staff is always so friendly and treats you like family, which is not true for most other pharmacies. They are always so helpful and take the time to answer any questions. I cannot say enough about this place, they NEVER disappoint!

The pharmacy staff is always friendly, helpful, and competent! My last experience, I had called in the morning about a problem getting a new prescription from my doctor. The associate on the phone was very helpful and understanding and was able to get a new prescription from my doctors office and I was able to pick it up shortly thereafter. Easy breezy!

This pharmacy exceeded all my expectations as a returning costumer. I have never experienced a better level of customer service than I have at Lincoln RX. I am impressed by the staffs efficiency and patience. At times it is overwhelming when filling prescriptions but the staff definitely helped with my stress levels. I feel comfortable when working with this pharmacy as their staff is kind and caring.

In the past, dealing with large pharmacies has always been a headache which is why I fill all of my prescriptions at Lincoln RX. Shahad and Rola have both answered all my questions in a knowledgeable
