Services
Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists provide comprehensive treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. We develop personalized rehabilitation plans combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced treatment modalities. Patients benefit from one-on-one care sessions focused on restoring mobility and reducing pain through evidence-based practices.
Sports Rehabilitation
Specialized programs help athletes recover from sports-related injuries and improve performance. Our sports rehab includes functional movement analysis, sport-specific training, and injury prevention strategies. Therapists work closely with patients to restore strength, flexibility, and coordination while ensuring safe return to athletic activities.
Dry Needling
Certified therapists use thin filament needles to target myofascial trigger points for pain relief and muscle relaxation. This technique effectively treats chronic muscle pain, tension headaches, and sports injuries by releasing tight muscle bands and improving blood flow to affected areas.
LSVT BIG
Customized treatment program for Parkinson's disease patients focuses on improving movement amplitude and motor skills. The intensive protocol includes high-effort exercises to enhance balance, coordination, and daily living activities through neuroplasticity principles.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Specialized care addresses pelvic floor dysfunction including urinary incontinence and pre/post-natal issues. Therapists use manual techniques, biofeedback, and targeted exercises to improve pelvic muscle strength and function while maintaining patient privacy and comfort.

I arrived and presented my V.A. appointment letter. I was greeted pleasantly and very soon the therapist also came and said she would take me to a room for my first treatment. If all treatments are as good as this I may soon be free from the nagging back pain I have had.
