These guys do a great job. They always remember my name and my car. Dennis is a great guy and manages to always service my car in a timely and well-executed manner. I'd recommend these guys over anyone else I've gone to in Denver for car repair. Dennis was great, set up an appointment the following day after I called and had my car ready the same day.

One of those big name shops did a sloppy job. My vehicle didn’t handle correctly. When I went back they wanted to quote me for something else that was already serviced prior. I got fed up with their poor workmanship and not pleased with getting nickel and dime.
I took my truck to ProImport. The technicians looked over my truck and found several issues. They were able to diagnose the problems. Mostly the service repairs that the big name shops was done so poorly. My vehicle was not safe to drive. ProImport corrected all the issues and my vehicle drives and handles.

Been going to Jimmy's shop since '08 and he and his team been nothing but great. I get my family's 5 cars serviced there and recommend to everyone I value as well. Last work his team did for me was to install a hitch receiver on my 2018 Honda Accord. The work was excellent. Bumper cover had to be removed to install the hitch but they did a great job. Bumper looks like it has never been disturbed and the hitch is so discreet. Some people online said the bumper might need to be cut to accommodate hitch but his team was able to avoid any cutting. I have a fairly heavily modified old BMW I race scca autocross with and daily drive. Most shops don't like doing custom alignment specifications but Dennis and everyone at Pro Import were very understanding and happy to help. Got my car back after their alignment and it drives better than ever! I cannot reccomend Pro Import more!

Paid them for a car alignment and they did not do it, told them to check it , they checked it and still did not fix it and wanted to charge me extra, not just that asked for a manager/owner whoever was there said he was the owner and he don't want to deal with me again and he will close our account, there was no customer service at all, i sent them so many cars for alignment and he was rude after all that. not just that

I was looking for an alternative to an Acura dealership to troubleshoot two problems with a 2008 TL: a fluid leak under the engine and a short somewhere in the electrical system that was draining my car battery. I brought my 240sx to be worked on and Jimmy (owner) and his partner Dennis has been nothing but professional and reliable during some chaotic times. Jimmy, has been a man of his word when it came to getting my car repaired and in working condition. I had MANY idling and electrical issues with my car as it was giving me a check engine light and was not giving me the power needed when accelerating. I've used Pro Import since around the time they opened (8 years ago maybe?). I recommend them to all of my friends. They always offer fair rates, most of which are posted. They advise you of recommended repairs, but don't push unneeded upcharges.
They tend to be busy, so same-day service isn't always possible, but their time estimates (when they can take your car, when it will be done) are always spot-on, and they will call if anything changes.

I called Pro Import and they got me in right away. They checked everything out and told me about the issue with my car that my own hometown mechanic never mentioned to me. Although I couldn't get the compressor today, they were able to get me some air which got me through my weekend in Denver. If I were to move here, Pro Import will be my go to for are repair. I have had a terrible time finding a local company that would provide honest service for my Lexus ES350 in the Denver area. Toy Doctor is a rip-off company that will recommend numerous repairs for everybody who walks through the doors. TOYEXUS could potentially be honest except every time i had service, little new things would show up afterward.
Pro Import is extremely honest! My interactions with Jimmy, Steve and Nathan have all been awesome. When I drive away from the shop,I feel confident that my car is in better shape than when I brought it in.

My Dad found these guys about a year ago, when I was buying my first car (used). I took it here to have them inspect it to see if there were any imminent problems that I should expect, also the condition of the car when I bought it. I have been helped mostly by Steve, who I think is the owner and he has been nothing but helpful, kind, and informative. They did a fantastic job of inspecting every little detail of the car and also gave me a full very detailed review of what they found. As far as pricing goes they are more than reasonable. My first visit - so far, so good! Always great to have a honest hometown repair shop!!! They did a diagnostics, couldn't find a problem (at no charge), and didn't invent one either. They suggested that I take it back to the Acura dealership that installed the new starter, as it might be sticking.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Jimmy & staff for a few years now and will not go elsewhere. Over the weekend I purchased a Lexus and wouldn't finalize my dealership purchase without Jimmy inspecting the vehicle.
