The winter session includes 10 active weeks of classes with Holiday breaks built into the semester. The tuition price does not reflect the dates that we are closed. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum includes fun games along with an introduction to size-appropriate gymnastics apparatus. An adult accompanies the child while exploring the gymnastics equipment and participating in group activities.
Camp
Report
Our camps are a ton of fun! Your kids will be learning skills on all of our gymnastics events (bars, balance beam, vault, and floor), playing on our ninja warrior course including the warped walls, doing crafts, playing games, and more! We offer half day and full day Camps. The half day camp runs from 8:30am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 4:30pm and the full day is 8:30am - 4:30pm.

The First State Gymnastics Team Program wishes to allow each competitive gymnast the opportunity to excel and aspire to the greatest individual degree in the sport of gymnastics. Competitive gymnastics develops physical, mental, and emotional control which is beyond that rationally envisioned. Competition is an essential part of the gymnast's experiences in the program.

Our Birthday Parties are 2 hours long and include up to 1 hour and 15 minutes of activity time with our instructors and 45 minutes of "party time" for our guests turning 3 years old and up. You will receive supervised and instructed activities, including trampoline, obstacle courses, parachute games, music, loose foam pits, a free t-shirt & medal for the birthday boy or girl, paper products, a dozen balloons, and party bags for each guest.

First State Gymnastics is Delaware's most comprehensive gymnastics training center. The building was designed and built specifically to optimize training and safety. With 17,500 square feet, First State Gymnastics National Training Center (FSG) is an air-conditioned and heated facility and includes the most modern equipment and training aids as well as convenient comfortable viewing for parents and siblings.
