The service at this place is horrible! My younger brother has a speech problem and the person at the front desk kept talking over him. When I asked questions the person did not know the answers and stated she could not help nor could anyone else. My brother then asked about transportation to a job location and they told him they could not help him. He was told by the person who set him up with the job a bus could give him a ride to and from the work site he just had to let them know he needed the ride.. and now he is being told that transportation is not given. When I asked the lady why not she

I was missing hours on my check and I was told to fill out a payroll inquiry sheet so I did. Keep in mind, this was on a Friday afternoon. So the receptionist told me I should get the remaining check on Monday, ok fine. So I wait until Monday afternoon and I called and ask if I can come pick up the rest of my check and I was told that they'll have to have someone to approve the hours I was missing and that they are looking over it and will give me a call. (You think I got that call...Uhh NO!) So I call again later that afternoon and was told I'll have to wait until tomorrow for the person who does

This location has been very unprofessional & each staff member has been very rude . They treat you as if you are children & do not uphold good customer service practices .
