Small businesses come with big challenges, but BACP has been great in all aspects. The previous cleaning company that I hired didn't show up or would do half of the job and expect payment. BACP was a great find.

This company did an amazing job cleaning my home.They didnt cut corners or rush but also moved quickly. The crew was considerate and worked on the areas I really needed help with. Life gets crazy and I tend to fall behind on my deep cleaning so it was a relief when my home was sparkling and smelled great! I am actually setting up for a monthly clean since it was such a great experience and price. Highly recommend.

GREAT people!!!! They did a "move out" cleaning for us and really took stress off of me and my wife. I text a million times with changes in dates and details and they were ALWAYS helpful!!!! Thank you for being flexible and doing a GREAT job!!!!

Update: They came back out and finished the job after some discussion and some back and forth on the phone. They werent too friendly about it all. They did finish the job with no extra charge. The house looks nice. Would I use Elite Housekeepers again? Probably not. Very disappointed. We just had a move out cleaning done by Elite Cleaners (Bay Area Cleaners). I talked to Marissa about scheduling an appointment for 10:30 am. They didn't show and did not call to let me know they would be at least 4 hours late. We rescheduled for 7:30am the next morning. We were told a crew would be there to do the
