Koren was friendly and professional. She explained every step of the waxing procedure and was mindful of sensitive areas (behind the knees!). Prices are reasonable and will likely go back for lashes.

Anna is amazing at what she does. I have dark brown and have tried highlights in the past (10 years ago somewhere else) but they always turned out looking awful. I was a little skeptical with trying them this time but wanted to change up my look. Anna did subtle highlights in my hair and this is the first time I can say I love it! She is very talented at what she does.
