My central air system was running but not cooling properly. After talking to 3 different reps for Sears A/C Services and getting anywhere, I called AIR MASTERS. To say their service was quick is an understatement. Josh Blanchett was there the next morning. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem (low freon) and resolved it that same day. I was extremely impressed with his explanations. He even checked to make sure there were no other issues with the unit. Extremely happy with all services they do. They have been our go-to for all heating/AC services for over 15 years including complete system replacement due to unavailability of old Freon gas. Most recently we had our fall heating service done by Josh Blanchette. Extremely courteous and did a bang up job of servicing our system. I am new to the area and am very glad I found Airmasters. It is difficult to find good vendors, and they were responsive, professional and importantly: trustworthy and honest. Everyone I have dealt with, from the phone receptionist to the tech and estimator support, has been knowledgeable and supportive. Stephen P came to the house twice to ensure our system will run properly. He was super personable and went above and beyond with not only assessing and tuning up the system but also extending the condensate PVC away from the foundation outside.
