Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning uses truck-mounted hot water extraction to remove deep-seated dirt and stains. IICRC-certified technicians apply eco-friendly solutions that protect fibers while extending carpet lifespan. Regular maintenance prevents allergen buildup and preserves indoor air quality for healthier homes.
Pet Odor Removal
Specialized enzymatic treatments break down urine crystals and bacteria causing persistent odors. High-powered extraction removes contaminants from carpets and padding. For severe cases, we offer carpet dyeing or replacement to restore appearance and eliminate lingering smells.
Mold Remediation
IICRC-certified technicians follow EPA guidelines to safely remediate mold growth. HEPA vacuuming captures spores while antimicrobial treatments prevent regrowth. We address moisture sources to prevent future issues and restore affected materials to pre-damage condition.
Upholstery Cleaning
Customized cleaning methods for delicate fabrics and high-traffic furniture. Gentle yet effective solutions remove stains without damaging fibers. Protective treatments guard against future spills while maintaining fabric integrity and appearance.
Area Rug Cleaning
Hand-woven and machine-made rugs receive specialized care using RugBadger EL technology for deep soil removal. Gentle extraction preserves fibers while color-fast treatments maintain vibrancy. We handle delicate Oriental and Persian rugs at our workshop for precision cleaning.

Mr Rod was friendly and professional. Communication was great and the carpets looked better than when we moved in to this rental. We had a few pet stains he was able to treat and now you'd never know we had pets in the home. Very fair price for the areas cleaned. Thank you!

Second review for Preferred Carpet as we had them return to clean tile. Previously did excellent job w/carpet and spot cleaning upholstery. Deserves a 10 for both jobs! Rod did such a good job cleaning every inch of tile in the house. Lots of it! Looks great!

Years ago I owned and operated a carpet cleaning company. So I know what is the best method for carpet cleaning. The hot water rotary extraction method used by Preferred Carpet Care is the ticket. I was neither surprised or disappointed in their work. I knew I would get a great job and I did!
