The Howland Farm is located in a fertile valley with a long history. From radiocarbon dating, the earliest human habitation in the valley was around 4500 years ago. One hundred years before Columbus, the population of the valley was greater than today, due to the success of the Iroquois centered in this area.

This is an amazing venue. The owners of the Farm are terrific. We had a wedding which was delayed by Covid. The owners graciously worked with on a new date. The event barn and accompanying vistas are super. Pictures do not do this place justice. We also had the use of the farm house. It was also very nice and spacious. Plenty of beds and rustic decor.

This is a terrific venue for a wedding or family get together. The event barn is very nice and has a rustic feel
That matches the farm surroundings. There is a lot of history here and the backdrop of creeks, hills, farmland, corn, and farm paraphernalia are endless. The owners are very accommodating and very helpful.
The farmhouse is also a nice place to stay a few nights.

Beautiful views, incredible set up and accommodations, everything you'd want in a site!
We attended a wedding here and it was amazing. The views are spectacular! A gorgeous space for an outdoor wedding, appetizers and dancing in the barn, an area to socialize under the stars while enjoying smores at a bonfire and a spacious tent set up for dinner. There's even options to stay onsite.
We loved our experience at the farm and with the Howland family. We would highly recommend it as a site for weddings, reunions or other gatherings. It won't disappoint!

A wonderful and beautiful space for a wedding.
I held my wedding at the Howland Farm in the summer of 2019 and it was perfect. The grounds were picturesque, the photographer kept remarking how easy his job was with the lovely background.
The cocktail hour was held in the newly renovated barn space and was a hit. We used the space both to serve refreshments and as a dance floor. Having everything on site made the planning and execution easy.
The event space has the added benefit of the ability to host guests on-site. My family traveled from China and despite coming from a big city, they felt

My husband and I attended a wedding at Howland Farm. What a charming, memorable place to celebrate a special occasion! The grounds are lovely and well kept. This place doesn't have the cutesy or pretentious look of some wedding venues we've seen. The large "barn" must have just been renovated from being a real barn to being a place for parties and the guest facilities there are modern and very clean.
The outdoor ceremony we attended was in a scenic part of the property, then we easily walked to the barn for cocktails and appetizers. The wedding dinner was served in a huge

Hospitality is really great. The caretaker is very nice. I stayed a couple nights with my family. It's a nice size space, great kitchen and dining room. My room was kept warm with a space heater even though the house wasn't too cold. There's plenty of space for a family get together. We stayed here because it's close to my brothers family. I would stay again.
