Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair

On 6 oct 2021 I took my 2011 Ford Escape to this shop , Ice Cold Air Brooksville, fl. It was running bad with a "Cylinder One Misfire" code as diagnosed by Bruce the Owner. After spending 237.00 for a "tune Up" I picked up the car which ran great....For five minutes....!!! I took it back and Bruce once again diagnosed it as a "cylinder one misfire" . He worked on the car for a couple of days in which he said it now needed a new Ignition coil pack for cylinder one which is in the rear of the engine and the whole intake manifold has to be removed in order to do this

I called Ice Cold Air on Sligh in the morning and talked to a very nice and professional young man named Joey. He listened without interruption and knew exactly what I was talking about with my car. He managed to get me in that afternoon and repaired my car to perfection while I waited. The price was much lower than previous quotes because he only repaired what was needed and not try to sell me a lot of things I didn't need. I am happy to say I have found someone I can trust here for my mechanic work.

I took my car in for A/C issues spent 1000 dollars and countless hours of my time they took my dashboard off and it is dented and cracked in multiple places and they put my steering column back on crooked they left my car trashed and lost parts to my A/C vent and the piece in the corner of my hood when I went back they were extremely rude and unwilling to help they made me feel as if my car they trashed and wrecked was not a big deal at all and reluctantly took it back and fixed the steering column putting me out of a car and using even more of my time again the owner was also extremely rude and

Used a coupon. Very fast service! They had a water cooler with icy cold water. A lot of places don't have water fountains working during Covid 19 but here it was nice and clean using paper cups. I was in and out. I highly recommend Ice Cold Air!!!

I needed a new compressor. They gave me the best quote i could find, I also had to get it done quick and they made it happen. They are easy to deal with, very honest and to the point. I'll definitely use these guys again. By the way, my A/C is ice cold now.

Most people spend their lives looking for an honest mechanic, or simply don't think that they exist. Well look no further! Aaron and his team are the only people we will take our families' vehicles to. We have been customers for almost 8 years and they have the best service we have ever had. We started going here for oil changes because it was convenient. We live within walking distance, so I can drop off the car and walk home instead of waiting or needing a ride. The owner, Aaron has always been friendly and helpful, so we started using them more and more. Now they're our go to mechanic. The service is always friendly, never overpriced, and every person who's ever worked there has been happy to take the time and explain the answer to any question I've had.

Updated review: I chose this shop because I wanted to support a local business and not get shafted by the dealership anymore. Aaron and his team were quick and friendly, accomplishing the install in no time. Unfortunately there was a problem with the system that took too long to sort out, but in the end Aaron provided good service and worked with me for over a month to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

If I could give zero stars I would. You get what you pay for. These people are shady crooks! DO NOT take you car to these people! They will damage your car and lie about it!!

So I’d been having an issue with my car and decided to call them because I’d used a different location in the past and was very satisfied. First off, they do offer amazing customer service. Aaron and David are very kind and willing to help. They both made me feel like they valued my business and having me as a customer. They are good. I brought my 2015 Acura RDX for a half synthetic Oil change. The appointment time was on time and job done well , clean and with a smile. The workers went out of the way to help reset oil warning light. Good people

I posted my 1st review 2 weeks ago on this company. They posted a repair I never had done to car fax. I called and spoke to the owner who was more then rude to me and refused to help me. No one called me until someone posted a comment to my post. I have given my info to the owner, to the BBB and to the company corp office. Someone called me but was more then rude, would not listen to me and was loud and tried to over talk me. So this mans claims that I refuse to give him my info are a flat out lie. It's really hard to find a knowledgable, and honest mechanic shop. This here, is one of those shops!!
They are extremely knowledgable, they don't make sh*t up to repair like all the other mechanics I've been to, they take the extra time to look over my car once they're done and they DON'T charge me for it, they give free engine diagnostics, and they're super friendly!
Hands down, the BEST shop I've ever been to, and will always be my go to for a trustworthy mechanic.
Oh, and they do everything car, not just A/C.
