I also had a horrifying experience in the entrance to the exit 1st of all they all set up around the reception desk and chitchat about personal things while youre standing there in line not acknowledged.. Furthermore when I had asked them about the girl doing the Botox so she was highly recommended and one of the girls that was up at the desk said sometimes you get your eye drooping or something weve all had that its normal Im thinking oh my God. . And they thought it was normal. So Theres your level of Expertise.

I went in to have my frown lines softened and came out with a lop sided face,bumps,lumps, dimples,and wrinkles that I NEVER HAD BEFORE THE SERVICE! The left side of my face sagged to the point that a coworker said it looked like I had a stroke!!!!! My mouth LITERALLY looked like the Joker!!!!! I went in to have it fixed,and all she offered was to dissolve the product!!! I gave them $500 for NOTHING!

Thank you to the staff at Resolutions! Everyone was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. The nurse went over everything I was going to have done and explained thoroughly what I was to expect. She was honest in telling me what results to expect and I can say I'm very happy with the botox and fillers! The atmosphere is very relaxing. Upon leaving I was given thorough printed instructions for after care and they also went over verbally each point. They told me if I had any questions or concerns they were always available to answer them. I will certainly be returning. I can't express enough

Absolutely horrifying and unprofessional botox experience. First of all, G. Ardron IS NOT a Board Certified Dermatologist, he is an Ophthalmologist, but hell spend 15 minutes explaining why hes so ultra experienced injecting botox, perhaps hes trying to convince himself. After I told him where I normally get my Botox injected, he insisted my Dermatologist was wrong despite the fact that I have been getting Botox by a Board Certified Dermatologist for years with excellent results. He took it upon himself and injected me in the wrong places and I immediately had drooping eyelids and drooping

The nurses and staff are wonderful. But because Sonora is so isolated the prices they charge and even the specials they have are much higher than available in Stockton or Modesto. Feels a little unfair.
