I will generally include Heat Lamps and more time for a full 30 minutes for free, however this is purely out of good will and generosity and is not guaranteed.

Any additional time, use of heat lamps or other modalities maybe included out of generosity, however should not be expected and is not guaranteed. INSURANCE: Can only be accepted after a confirmed eligibility check which take between 2-10 business days. Appointments without a completed insurance eligibility check will be charged at full price. NOTE: The use of stairs is required and there is no elevator. Please do not make an appointment unless you are capable of transporting yourself to the 2nd floor using a stairway.
