Suzanne claims to have so much experience and claims to be professional BUT I must STRONGLY DISAGREE. I made a appointment with her to groomer my dog and she was two hours late. Which we saw her grooming can pass our home at the time of the appointment. Then she called me 1 1/2 later and said she was on her way.
