We have a large 4 bedroom Lake house that can sleep 15 and up to 23 (if you rent the bunkhouse also) and 8 adorable cottages on a bluff overlooking the lake, and 2 really beautiful Yurts all sitting on 400 feet of Cayuga Lake Front, in a very private wooded area. It is about 50 steps down to the lake.

Whether you're grilling on the deck, relaxing with a book, fishing from your private dock, or toasting marshmallows around your fire pit on the beach, the lapping of waves provides the perfect soundtrack.

Savor a cup of coffee or sip a delicious Finger Lakes wine on our large 75' x 12' porch (50' is covered) perched over Cayuga Lake. Dining and seating areas, as well as a propane BBQ and firepit. This is a great site for families together and still have plenty of private space. 1000+ sq. Lodge includes 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms king beds, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 bunk bed room most suitable for children), and a full-sized futon in a bonus room.

After a day of swimming, fishing, or reading on the patio, gather around the fire put directly on the beach. Afterwards, let the waves lull you to sleep as you relax in your spacious, new king-sized bed. Located directly on our private beach, the Spotted Sandpiper Lake Cottage was added in 2019. The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and can sleep an additional 2 in the living room on a fold-out couch.
The Bunk House
Report
The bunk house has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, A/C, and heating. It sleeps 4 and can only be rented in conjunction with the Lake House or the Lake Cottage. It is located on the beach between the Lake House and Lake Cottage. We are located at the end of a mile private road that is safe for all types of vehicles during most of the year.
