Kickapoo Village Mobile Home and RV Community is located in the Metro East area of St Louis in Bethalto, Illinois, about 30 minutes from Lambert St. Louis International Airport. Bethalto is also home to St. Louis Regional Airport, one of the largest regional airports in the State. Our mobile home and RV community has been family owned and operated for 30 years.

Our park is in a quiet, treed area that is within walking distance of the Village of Bethalto commercial district, which has a variety of businesses such as restaurants, grocery stores, banks, churches, and fitness centers.

Kickapoo History
Report
Originally the Kickapoo villages were semi-permanent encampments typically near agricultural areas and always associated with large tracts of agricultural lands. The Kickapoo tribes were believed to occupy these surrounding lands from the 1700s to 1832. After crops were planted, a few residents, usually elderly, remained to care for them while most of the population set out on communal hunts.

As we try and continue to carve our path forward and strive to bring about a better quality of life for all of our residents in our community we want to send out a gracious thank you to all the residents that have signed up with Rent Manager. This may seem a small thing to some but for us, as owners, it allows us to pass along savings to our residents by lowering operational expenses and having fewer employees and less administrative tasks.

Left several voice messages and sent 2 emails. I called one last time and finally, a woman answered. Of course I was frustrated due to the fact that their voicemail states they will call you back and they don't. So I stated that I had been trying to contact them, needing a reply. She stated she would not have a lot for me if I was going to be rude. Well alrighty, I doubt you are the right fit for me. Don't be rude to customers simply trying their best to make contact with you. Terrible customer service.

Stayed in park 11 months with no issues. If I’m ever back in the area will attempt to stay here again. My one recommendation would be maybe an on-site laundry accommodations in my line of work all our folks in RVs are not equipped with washer/drier and the hours we work, sure would be nice to have an on site laundry area. Myself I’m equipped but in the past experiences

I've lived here for 21 yrs. I love that it's under new owners. When we moved in here, there were more older people that lived here. Most of them have passed. Looks like middle age families are here now. We have a lot of out of town workers, with their families living here.
We've never had any issues with Crime here!! I love our little community here and you would to!!

We stayed here in the summer of 2019 for 8 months. The community is apparently is under new ownership and they are doing a wonderful job with the park.
It is very clean and well kept, The grounds are always well kept and we noticed that there are new street signs and Entry signs being installed as well. Parking can be tough but other than that we would highly recommend this community for long or short term stays. It is a very quite, safe place to call home.
