This agency is amazing! I am a homecare occupational therapist and have had interactions with hundreds of caregiving agencies, over my 25+ year career, and and they have proven to be the Best! We needed ever changing levels of care for my own mother and Ivonna Kaziul (client manager) was very responsive and accommodating! Each caregiver was better than the next. All of the girls were caring, compassionate, hardworking and patient. How do I start.... When I contacted Euro-American Connections they helped me right away with getting someone to our house to take care of my mom. Renata was amazing! She was compassionate and caring, but most importantly she treated my mom with respect and dignity. She was there when we couldn't be, and adjusted the care accordingly as my mom declined. Our other aid, Julia, was also fantastic. She would come on Sunday's and showed the same compassion along with respect and dignity for my mom. Without these women, we would have been lost. Euro-American Connections & Homecare was the third homecare agency I used within a period of 6 months. I only wish I had found them sooner. Eva promptly responded to my email inquiry, answering all my questions and providing me with the steps I needed to take to find a live-in caregiver for my mom. Within hours of receiving my paperwork a profile of a possible caregiver was sent to me. Having a profile and a picture of the caregiver to show my mom was extremely helpful in getting her to agree to try another caregiver and was something neither of the previous agencies had done.
