Welcome to Swan Vision for your eye exam and eye care needs. Our eye care center was founded in 2018 by husband and wife optometrists Edmund and Kathryn Swan. We create an individualized patient centered experience to provide the best care for your eyes and vision needs. Swan Vision offers comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages.
We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, vision therapy and specialty contact lenses including ortho-keratology. We are open by appointment only. We ask that you email or call us before coming to the store to set up an appointment for your exam, contacts, or glasses pickup. We also need a copy of your insurance card and license.

Eye exams are recommended by the American Optometric Association yearly or biyearly starting at 6 months old depending on your risk factors. Annual eye exams are especially important in school aged children and adults 60 years and older. Most ocular and vision problems are correctable or preventable if patients see their eye doctors regularly.

Fill them out and bring them with you to your visit. Swan vision values each patient and offers a 20/20 rewards program for patient referrals. Each patient that refers a family or friend for an eye exam receives a $20 credit towards their next eye wear purchase. The patient referred also receives a $20 credit towards their future eye wear purchase.
