We are constantly adding new items to our hors d'oeuvres menu. If you have a favorite item in mind, and don't see it listed, just ask us! We'll be glad to add it to your menu. Gluten Free (GF), Vegetarian (V), and Vegan (Ve) selections, as well as dietary requests are our pleasure, and we can easily accommodate your needs.

I just attended an outdoor wedding in blazing heat catered by Chef Michael's catering. All I can say is "WOW". This was the best wedding food I have ever eaten and I have been to quite a few weddings. Nevermind wedding food, it was just excellent food, period. The filet mignon was fantastic, i actually saw someone cutting it with a spoon.
