When I found this place 3 years ago I fell in love with it right away. I've been loving it since. I always get my maintenance taken care of on time, and friendly pick up everytime I receive my packages. They are concern of your needs and will help you with a situation if they can. Thanks for the 3 years of great service.

Staff is constantly changing, unorganized and unhelpful. You can call all day, the voicemail only answers then when I go in office, there's no one assisting anyone they just let the phones ring. Place is nice minus air bubbles in the floor and miscommunications by the leasing staff. Inclusive WiFi does not work well. For the price of a 1 bed you can get a 2 elsewhere.

We lived here for 10 years, first in a one-bedroom and then in a two-bedroom. We absolutely loved living here. It's a quiet, clean, safe community, and the staff and maintenance crew are wonderful. If not for buying a house, we would've stayed another 10 years! We will miss The Retreat at River Park.

Such a beautiful and quiet apartment complex, which was picked by me also because of gates. In case of any questions, concerns or situations occurred you can always count on the assistance and professionalism of the apartment staff.

We have lived at Retreat at River Park for over a year now and have been so thankful that we found this complex! The staff has handled every question we've had quickly, every maintenance issue has been resolved within 24 hours, and they have made an effort to ensure we have had a good experience living here. We really haven't had any issues and they've done a terrific job at maintaining the entire property.

Love the community! it’s quiet and very close to my job so I really enjoy not having a far commute. Ashly is a great help! When ever I need anything or have any questions she always responsive and kind. I love that fact that when ever I come to the office I’m greeted with a Smile and a pleasant greeting from the office staff. It really makes me feel apart of a great community. I would defiantly recommended this community.
