Creating beautiful, straight smiles might be serious business, but at Top NoVa Orthodontics, we want to make it a lot of fun! The nickel titanium in some brace wire was developed by NASA with shape memory properties (meaning it keeps its shape) that are activated by body heat and pressure. The first braces were designed in 1728, consisting of a flat piece of metal connected to the teeth by thread.
First Visit

New patient exams are complimentary. During this visit, which typically lasts about an hour, you will have the opportunity to tour our office, meet our team and obtain a complete and thorough orthodontic examination by Dr. Azita Abbasi. We will also take a full set of digital images and a panoramic X-ray.
