Do NOT waste your time moving here. It's a nightmare. 3 management companies in less than a year and neither of them have any level of accountability for the poor conditions on property. They've placed the proverbial "lipstick on a pig" by painting the once brown apartments gray. However it's still a pig. I've inquired as to why the water bill is being billed at well over $100 a month for one person and when Maintenance came to look for leakes they left the water in the bathroom running for well over 4hrs. Both toilets continue to run although management and maintenance says they have been fixed

Don’t move here please everyone’s saying it, but the new management doesn’t respond to calls or emails, any service requests get completely ignored, there is a major brown recluse problem, and everything just has the good ole landlord special paint cover up. I could continue that run on sentence, but just drive by don’t rent here learn from me.

Absolutely terrible. Don't live here. Ever since new management came trash has been everywhere. The compactor was broken so they just let trash pile up outside of it and never fully cleaned it up. Also, they took two weeks to repair my shower and left a massive hole in the bathroom wall. Management is so very rude, so thankful i never have to deal with their horribly overpriced property and terrible staff.

I have been calling and complaint about my leaking roof numerous times over the past three weeks. I don’t know who managed this place before but the need to get them back. No seems to care about the water, I also showed the repair guy my drawers in my kitchen that are off track. He said “oh yes it just needs a screw right there” but he didn’t fix it. Just told me how to fix it..

Deceitful business, we applied 2nd of July and did not move in so we we’re told that our $250 deposit would be refunded within 2 weeks. Called back a week later to see if our deposit refund check might have been processed to which the manager confirmed he hadn’t processed until the week after and once again told us that it would be 2 weeks from when the refund request was submitted. 3 weeks later now they are stating that it typically takes 30 days... Do not apply here if you want to deal with a deceitful property management company!!

We moved in at the start of the pandemic and didn’t realize we’d be spending *quite* so much time at home, but we just renewed our lease because it’s been a great experience. My favorite part about the apartment complex is the trees & nearby nature. It doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of town (a friend who visited said it feels almost like you’re in Gatlinburg) but yet it’s super close to lots of restaurants and stores with quick access to the highway. We just submitted our first maintenance requests and they responded right away. The neighbors we’ve met are friendly, and

So I live here currently and the only thing I gotta say is, well there are brown recluses during the summer, like a lot, BUT in ANY American household those spiders are IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of. Put down traps and they will stay away and won't bother you. Every problem I've had the maintenance has been to help in less than 24 hours. I'm happy here, there are some community problems sometimes, but when you put 100 plus people in a neighborhood, one of them is bound to act stupid, I feel safe that's all that matters, my neighbors are awesome. I'm satisfied.
