If you are new to the South End Community Health Center and need a primary care provider (PCP), please call us at 617-425-2000. We work with each patient to identify the right PCP match. No one likes waiting at the doctor's office! Your health is important, and your time is valuable. To help make your SECHC visit run smoothly, we are now scheduling a check-in time 20 minutes prior to your appointment.

This early check-in allows time for you to register and for a team member to review your medications, record your vital signs, and take care of any necessary preparations before you see your provider. You will be informed of your check-in time when you schedule your appointment. We look forward to seeing you!
