Next, we'll contact your client and walk them through the options available for their rental home. If your client signs a contract with us, we'll pay you $100 per property as our referral fee. For shower and sink clogs, you may be able to dislodge debris from the pipes using a cleaning tool. Many stores sell plastic cleaners you can thread down the pipe to snag anything stuck in the system. You can also try chemical cleaners, but only use those that have been approved for plumbing use, as some corrosive products could damage the pipes.

We reserve the right to change the date of availability to coincide with the property being rent ready.
Pet Policy

Our company is pet-friendly and many of our homes do allow pets. However, whether we allow pets is ultimately the decision of our homeowners. If there is a property that interests you and you would like to know if it allows pets, please make an inquiry by providing the property address, animal type, breed type and quantity to team@cornerstoneppm.com.

We take care of connecting all your utilities and amenities so you can focus on more important things in moving into your new home or office. If you have not done so already, schedule utilities to be turned on or transferred into your name on your lease commencement date. Our FREE concierge Utility Service, Citizen Home Solutions, will be contacting you by phone to help you setup your utilities.
