Ruby's Roost was a long time dream of ours. So with my love of baking and our shared love of coffee, community and hard work we set off on the journey of opening Ruby's Roost Bakery & Coffee.
We chose Mayer, MN as our first location in 2015 for the beautiful Dakota Rail Regional Bike Trail and the need for a place where bicyclists can stop and relax, and second for the huge community of families needing an inviting place to get a delicious treat and a fresh cup of coffee.We opened with an overwhelming support and quickly out grew this location and moved to Victoria in 2017, 11 miles East.
