Log to Furniture Onsite using only recycled wood from construction sites, there is no such thing as wasted wood at our shop. Eco-Friendly Lumber recycling keeps tons of waste out of are local landfills. All of our lumber is produced from trees locally salvaged from construction sites in Northern Virginia.

We save these trees from the chipper or grinder. Then we recycle these logs into beautiful lumber and slabs with our fuel efficient sawmill. We dry the lumber with a state of the art kiln, all onsite therefore reducing transport energy. Stopped by today to pick out a live edge floating shelf for a small project with my son.

6ft Large surface planer professional sanding and finishing custom styling adding logos or photos to any piece of wood. If you have a log that you want cut we can do so. We just require that you bring the log to our shop. We can cut up to maximum of 6 ft wide, minimum of 4 ft long if i can clamp it (6 is preferred) and up to 20 ft long.

All of these types of wood are kiln dried furniture grade lumber ready for your latest new project. Our specialty is making your dream a reality.

Metal Shop

We have a resident artist on site ready to help you with your metal needs. We configure many types of metal bases and have them available at the shop ready to be applied to your slab of choice. Any other design you have in mind we are more than happy to give you quote. It is typically charged by time and material.

CNC Machine

Report

We have a CNC machine on site. With an automatic tool changer and 4th axis lathe to tackle any job you like. This piece of equipment will surface and flatten slabs 4x8 perfectly, carve in your favorite quote or precisely lathe a leg to your specifications.
