Riverside Korean Restaurant is owned and operated by Chef Bruce Kim and Yujin Kim. Chef Kim joined the Riverside Korean team in 2006. After living and working in Chicago, Chef Bruce moved to the area to start a new career. Over time, Chef Bruce worked with the then-owners to refine the cuisine to more authentic dishes and earn their trust.
