Dube's Chautauqua Rentals are Fully equipped Guest Residential Apartments in Chautauqua County! Dubes' Chautauqua Rentals are located on the Chautauqua Wine Trail, near Lake Erie our 3 guest Residences are next to our home in "The Beehive" (See above). Built in the 1800's this structure had a workshop on the ground floor and under it, in the basement, a stable for the horses.

The Birds' Eye is an upper 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with an Island a sunny window overlooking the garden with a breakfast table and chairs. Open to the dining area is a high top table that can seat up to 8. This great area is open to the living area with sofa and chairs and a Smart TV, with wifi access.

The Rising Rose ADA Residence is a lower (right) unit. It has two entries. The Rising Rose has a ramp on the right of the unit along the trellis' which lead up to a private deck and the side entrance, there are ramps to the king bedroom, and kitchen. The bath has a shower without a lip, and a bench and handshower in addition to a regular height shower.

Is a ground floor residence, offered by Dubes Chautauqua Rental. This 1 bedroom 1 bath has a fully equipped kitchen, with an island seating 2. There is a small dining table that can seat up to 4. The kitchen area is open to the living area with a Serta Queen bed sleeper sofa, reading chair, and a smart TV.
