The first Magnolia Estates personal care home was opened in 1983 by Betty Rampey in Elberton, GA. The family matriarch and company president, Betty Rampey, wanted to build a community that provided the finest in daily assisted living and personal care for the retired age individual. Over the years, Magnolia Estates has grown from one location to 3 locations - Elberton, Winder, and Oconee.
