I took my car in to get a chip in the windshield fixed and received the best customer service I've gotten in many years. It would do good for other businesses to stop by and see what good manners and customer service should be. Many businesses do alot of the same things, but how you treat the customer gets you repeat business. Plus Brittany did an excellent job.

I took my vehicle to the copperas cove location on Jan 7th, both repair techs took lunch during same window so I had to drive back again after lunch. When I arrived the front desk lady was on a personal call and ignored me, then a tech just took my keys to start the process without explaining anything to me or taking my information. The rock chip was less than a quarter in size I checked. While doing the repair the tech made the crack much worse, then they wanted $674 to replace my windshield that they broke!

Everything was great after the first replacement, yet the glass broke exactly where the guy worked on. No impact zone, it just cracked. We called to have them fix it and was accused of breaking it ourselves. After coming out and seeing it was their mistake, scheduled a day to fix it but ordered the wrong windshield. Yet didn't call us to inform us of this situation and never showed. We scheduled another time, again had the wrong windshield and never informed us. Now on scheduling number four in hopes that it will be fixed. Not happy with this situation at all.

I couldnt recommend this company more! I initially went to a competitor who wanted to charge me double, what Chip Control quoted me. I booked my appointment, got there, and they were honest enough to tell me that the glass they had for my windshield was defective and that theyd order me a new one. I was so impressed. Honest car repair of anything is tough to come by, but this company went above and beyond. I work out of Gatesville and with no hesitation NOR markup, they came to me! While I worked, Byrun, one of their technicians, took care of everything! He was awesome, this company is awesome

Big shout out to Emma and AL at Chip Control. They took great care of me and while waiting took great care of other customers. Also had appointment with Benny Boyd and Emma went out of her way to give them a call and let them know I'll be a little late. Their prices are extrame fair and actually care about customers. Please do come by if you have windshield trouble

This place is a good place for windshield replacement. Although i had to visit twice. They take your complain seriously and keep upto their promise. I had Mr. Adrew in the second round evaluate and fix the problem. Had no other immediate problem, which to me was an awesome experience. I would recommend anyone with similar issue. The coolest thing is that they have you as a life member and have a lifetime warranty on the glassware and any other related case.
