Oceanfront on the Balboa Peninsula, in lower West Newport Beach on the oceanfront between 31st and 32nd streets, the house is in easy walking distance to the Newport Pier and most of Newport Beach's restaurants and shops.We can accommodate up to 16 people between the upper and lower units, or they may be rented separately to accommodate 10 people in the upper unit and 6 people in the lower unit.

On the Balboa Peninsula, lower West Newport begins at the Newport Pier and ends with the boardwalk at 36th Street. Traveling the boardwalk by bike, in line skate, or by foot offers the best opportunity to see the many miles of beach that Newport has to offer. Most of the shops and restaurants on the peninsula are located in Lower West Newport, and are easy walking distance from the house.
