Services
Hip Surgery
Advanced hip surgery addresses joint damage from arthritis, injuries, or chronic conditions using minimally invasive techniques. Our practice specializes in hip arthroscopy to repair labral tears and cartilage damage while preserving natural anatomy. Patients benefit from faster recovery times and improved mobility through personalized rehabilitation protocols.
Knee Surgery
Comprehensive knee surgery solutions treat ACL tears, meniscus injuries, and osteoarthritis with arthroscopic and reconstructive techniques. We employ evidence-based approaches to ligament repair and cartilage restoration, focusing on returning athletes and active individuals to full functionality within 6-8 months post-operation.
Shoulder Surgery
Shoulder surgery addresses rotator cuff tears, instability, and arthritis through minimally invasive procedures. Our techniques include labral repair, tendon transfers, and reverse shoulder replacement for complex cases, emphasizing pain reduction and functional restoration for overhead athletes and workers.
PRP Injections
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections leverage concentrated growth factors from your blood to accelerate tissue healing. This treatment effectively reduces inflammation in tendinitis, sprains, and early-stage arthritis while minimizing corticosteroid dependency through natural regenerative processes.
Sports Medicine
Specialized sports medicine care prevents and treats athletic injuries across all competition levels. Our approach combines performance diagnostics, injury-specific rehabilitation, and return-to-play protocols developed through decades of experience with professional teams and collegiate athletes.

Dr. Andrachuk is in the Sandy Springs location on Tuesday and Thursday only, but I have never had a problem getting an appointment at a time most convenient for my schedule. He is probably the promptest physician I have ever visited! My longest wait time has been five minutes if that. The process flow is so smooth from sign-in to your visit. I had to have left shoulder arthroscopy extensive debridement, rotator cuff repair, distal clavicle excision, subacromial decompression, and subpectoral biceps tenodesis; whew, I know thats a lot right! Well, I couldnt have picked a better surgeon, nor

He did a labrum repair on my hip. Extremely thorough in communication, took time to explain why I was hurting and how surgery would help. He and his staff worked quickly and thoroughly to get surgery pushed through insurance, hospital, and other logistics. Highly recommend.
