The services we provide empower the community with resources, referrals, and Community Mental Health / Substance Abuse Evaluations.

All Family Resource Center is licensed by the Florida Department of Health. Our programs can address a broad spectrum of mental health issues that can be tailored to patient needs, including dual diagnosis treatment and general psychiatric care.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program at AFRC is a comprehensive recovery program that serves children and adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. The program provides individual and group therapy for those individuals with a functional deficit in the areas of independent living, social, pre- vocational skills.

Targeted Case Management

Targeted Case Management (TCM) services are directed to access and link to services and resources needed for an independent and better quality of life. Targeted Case Managers advocate service coordination on behalf of the client for their best interest and needs on medical, social, educational and other areas.
