Unless specified, sandwiches are served on fresh-baked Borealis sourdough. Also available: organic whole-wheat sourdough, and herb or whole-wheat wrap; Gluten-free options: wrap or multi-grain bread. We use only the finest chunk all-white albacore tuna and toss it with dijonnaise, roasted sunflower seeds, celery, and red onion.
